A custom carbon‑infused CI4+ reel seat is leveraged to provide a lighter, more responsive hand‑to‑blank connection, complementing the four Spin Jig models in the redesigned IMX‑PRO BASS Bottom Contact lineup, which deliver excellent versatility and command throughout the entire water column. Driven by G. Loomis' proprietary TaperTec rod‑building philosophy to fine‑tune actions and maximize rod performance without excessive material, the redesigned IMX‑PRO BASS lineup utilizes a new high‑modulus graphite construction to boast optimized weight and strength. Designed and rolled entirely at our facility in Woodland, Washington, this combination produces lighter, more sensitive rods that deliver effective results. Every model in the revamped IMX‑PRO BASS lineup is equipped with a tangle‑free Fuji Alconite guide train incorporating refined guide spacing to promote smoother, more efficient line flow and reduce line‑to‑blank contact, enhancing casting distance and sensitivity. The IMX‑PRO BASS lineup now features split grips in all models except MBR, which are lighter and more ergonomic, providing enhanced angler comfort.
